Time is money, so let's not waste out time (and money) in complicated and overlong daily activities that take us hostage in a never ending do it list that keeps us "trying to catch our tail". Have you ever felt that way?
I remember when I was felling totally lost and overwhelmed trying to understand time management and productivity tools to make my day easy and faster and when I realize how valuable my time is, and with all the ways to waste it (checking our Facebook account and get lost scrolling to find out that our cousin got drunk again last Friday), I totally develop a few tricks to make better use of my time not only at work but in my life in general.

Asana is a team productivity tool that helps people stay on task and organized. Work well with teams because you can keep all tasks and activities in one spot while assigning various users different projects.
2. Trello (Visual Organizer)
This one is my personal organizer. Trello looks like Pinterest and it is a very visual way to stay organized. You can create lists, labels, tasks, and you can drag and drop as well create a team sharing boards (with family and friends as well).
3. Google Drive (Along with Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets)
Just easy to share and edit files with all your team and even clients. You have the feature to edit and share link, it will backup all your data, files, photos and videos, and you can have access anywhere. And it is FREE!
It is a handy and versatile app that save notes. You can create notes and checklists, color-code organize them, sharing notes (even via email, mine is integrated with Gmail), adding auto-link, setting reminders, and more.
5. Buffer or Hootsuite (Social Media Management)
Help you manage various social media accounts. Both have an one easy-to-use dashboard and I use Hootsuite to schedule posts, organize Twitter list and followers, measure performance and Buffer for sharing web articles because you can connect it to while you are searching the web and see an interesting article. With Buffer Pocket, you can add the article into your queue and then, share with your followers.
6. Rescue Time
This gives you an accurate picure of how you spend time helping you to be more productive. I love the feature to block distracting websites - you can add an amount of time you want to spend and after that, they will block the website. Also, they will send notifications when you spend too much time in one activity (paid service). If you use Chrome, you can try a free extension StayFocused.
Helps you processing and cleaning your email box based on your ongoing email activity. Simple like that! Saves you time! They have one cheaper version for one email account that costs $24/year. You can also Try Spark for your iPhone, Ipad and Android.
8. Skype and Zoom
I use both for communicate with clients and my team and also. I prefer Skype to call international numbers for less (mobile and landline) while I prefer Zoom when I have to share the conversation with more than 1 person and to share my screen.
